In this episode, the GenX Squad celebrates as the XBOX 360 outsells the Nintendo WII for the month of February without any huge exclusive title coming out, and who says NPD dont matter? Two of our co-host's go missing and leave our other two co-host to show what utter fanboys they are when talking about which console they would choose over the other. Our pal Mike (Cylon451) on PSN and XBOX Live, fills in the gap and brings up a few good topics. Console bashing isnt all we do, when the topic of gaming headsets comes up and proclaim Tritton as the gaming headset king over Turtlebeach. Battlefield Bad Company 2 is the game thats been fondling all of our consoles and we give a deep round table discussion about it, from the content, multiplayer, and campaign. And when all hope is lost for our missing co-host's, another special guest, basketball player at that, shows up at the end to cheer us all up, and due to schedule difficulties, GamerTunes is absent this week, but will return next week, so stay tuned.

I've played the game, interviewed the game director and managed to beat a few of the unlocked challenges. So the time has come to sit my happy ass in front of a camera and tell you people about God of War III.

I decided against including game footage. But I do have some cool images that Sony provided. So read more if you must.

God of War III is a great game. It just is. I beat it Wednesday night and am still digesting what I experienced.

But I managed to catch up to Stig Asmussen, who served as the game director for God of War III and has worked on all three in the franchise. We talked about the tweaked combat system, working on the PlayStation 3, and how to get the 1,000 combo trophy.

I'll be posting an impressions video tomorrow morning and word is that Nick is working to post the official review this weekend. Read more, though, to see what Stig had to say. Do it.

Two minutes ago I commented in the GenX podcast page that I wish Jagged Alliance 3 finally got released and BAM! BitComposer Games acquired the license for Jagged Alliance.

Sony has announced that PlayStation HOME will be updated to v1.35 Thursday March 11, 2010. The update looks kind of interesting, but as usual I will probably go into HOME check it out and then not go back until the next update. HOME has some cool features but so far it hasn't delivered on the promises that Sony made back in 2007. Hopefully we some more HOME updates and bigger HOME updates that starte adding the features that Sony promised and the people want.
